On the bright side, the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the main attractions. it was easily accessible from the airport.
The rooms were in dire need of refreshing, with black spots on the wallpaper indicating humidity issues.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything and within walking distance to the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms being well-maintained and spotless. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The accommodation provided essentials for our trip, we liked location and rooms. It was a fine stay, you could leave a car nearby. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a main shopping street across the street. Ate at Chez Leon, it's at a short distance from the venue.

This hotel is a great value for money with reasonable prices. The location is well situated within walking distance from the center and close to the Brussel North train station. Additionally, despite being in a business district with none of the charm of Brussels, it is located in a calm street.
All was just okay, nothing particularly bad, but nothing particularly good either.
